Brochurelink offers a wide range of cost-effective storage, distribution and mailing services for the UK tourism industry, both in the public and private sector. Brochurelink has a customer base in excess of 200 clients which includes leading tourism brands such as National, Regional Area and Local Tourist Boards. Other Brochurelink clients include Attractions, Hotels and Resorts.

TIC Brochurelink

The Brochurelink storage and distribution system allows Tourist Information Centres (TIC's) to order online. The Brochurelink system is presented in a real time environment allowing TIC's to order brochures, promotional literature and flyers as and when required.

TIC Brochurelink distributes to approximately 800 mainland TIC's in England, Scotland and Wales. TIC's are able to order online via the website at anytime and Brochurelink clients can choose to cover the whole national network or selected areas and track the progress of the distribution of their print.

The Brochurelink storage and distribution system provides its clients with comprehensive online information, together with a full 'track and trace' facility.

Hotel Brochurelink

Hotel Brochurelink offers a targeted facility to selected hotels in the North West of England who can order online in real time and clients can track the progress of their distribution as with TIC Brochurelink.

Caravan Park Brochurelink

Caravan Park Brochurelink offers a targeted service to selected caravan parks in Northern England who can order online in real time and clients can track the progress of their distribution as with TIC Brochurelink.

Mailing Services

Brochurelink offers the complete range of mailing services. Mailings can be fulfilled from a client list or alternatively from lists held within Brochurelink including schools, social clubs, coach operators, conference buyers and short break consumers.

In carrying out the mailing, Brochurelink can offer the inclusion of simple postcards, personalised lettertext, mail-merged to accommodate specific product copy or incentives to respond. Envelopes and poly-bags can also be designed and produced to match clients requirements.

Alternatively arrangements can be made to mail using poly-wrap (plain or coloured) with address details printed directly onto the poly-wrap or an accompanying carrier sheet.

International Distribution

Brochurelink offers a full 'track & trace' facility for distribution to worldwide destinations; this can range from a single item to full pallet loads. Brochurelink are specialists in overseas exhibition work.
